As an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with extensive experience, he leads the firm’s Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Department. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), a prestigious designation recognising his advanced expertise and commitment to the field of arbitration.

In addition to his role at the firm, Mr. Otwal is the Personal Legal Advisor to the Office of the Senator, Narok County. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Moi University, a Postgraduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law, and is a Certified Arbitrator from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb), among other qualifications.
