Mr. Otwal is a seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings across Kenya. He has successfully handled a wide range of complex commercial disputes and has deep expertise in Alternative Dispute Resolution, particularly arbitration, mediation, and negotiation.

As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has participated in high-profile commercial arbitrations in the capacity of arbitrator, counsel, and trainee.
