Ms. Mutheu possesses in-depth knowledge of all facets of conveyancing and real estate law, with extensive experience in managing complex property transactions. Her expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including Property Law and Conveyancing, Real Estate Transactions, Banking Securirties practice and procedures.

Ms. Mutheu is highly proficient in all aspects of property law, including land registration, title transfers, mortgages, leases, and easements. She expertly guides clients through the entire conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and protecting their interests at every stage.

She has extensive experience in handling a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, developments, and financing. She is adept at negotiating favorable terms for clients and structuring transactions to minimize risk and maximize value.

As head of the Commercial Department, Ms. Mutheu has a deep understanding of the unique legal and business considerations involved in commercial property transactions. She advises clients on matters such as commercial leases, property development agreements, and investment strategies.

Ms. Mutheu is highly skilled in drafting and perfecting banking securities, including mortgages, charges, and debentures. She advises lenders and borrowers on all aspects of secured lending transactions.

Ms. Mutheu is thoroughly familiar with the procedures and practices of the Kenyan land registry and other relevant government agencies. She ensures that all transactions are handled efficiently and effectively, minimizing delays and maximizing client satisfaction.

Ms. Mutheu holds an LLB Degree from Moi University and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. She is currently pursuing an advanced level Certified Secretaries (CS) professional course at KASNEB, further enhancing her expertise in corporate governance and compliance. She is an active member of the Law Society of Kenya, serving on the Gender Committee.
